Allincork Policy Shipping

We have the commitment of 1-2 working days to dispatch for all our products upon receipt of cleared payment.

All our products are shipped from Portugal. 
All orders are shipped in priority mail with tracking number. 

The free shipping orders that are less than 150$ Usd, will be sent by CTT and delivered by the national mail of your country. 

Orders over 150$ Usd, will be sent by DHL (Normally takes 3-4 business days to Europe and 5-6 business days to the rest of the world)


As soon as we ship your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking number and the courier's name.

Please allow additional time if international delivery is subject to customs processing. (If exceed the normal number of days please contact us)

 

 Customs and Import Charges

These charges when happens must be paid by the client when receiving the product.
Since we have neither responsibility nor control over them, and we can’t evaluate their amount due to the different customs policies and import duties in the various countries, we suggest that you inform yourself at your home customs office.

Damaged Items Received
Please contact immediately our Customer Service to solve the problem. If any damage occurs during the shipping process Allincork will cover all the costs of the product. The client doesn´t have any responsibility for shipping damages.

Faulty Items Received
Please contact immediately Allincork customer service to solve the problem.
Make sure you detail your order and describe accurately the anomalies you’ve found in the items you’ve received.
