WHAT IS IT MADE OF AND HOW DO WE MAKE IT?
The pots are made from top-quality 4mm beech plywood, precision-cut with laser machines. We then wash the wood to ensure it doesn't stain your hands, followed by engraving it. The laser engraving is consistent, although there may be slight variations in tone due to the natural characteristics of the wood. Since it's a natural product, harder or softer sections of wood can cause minor differences in shading. The wood is sourced from sustainable plantations.

We offer three sizes of these beautiful pots, with internal dimensions provided in both millimetres and inches:
Small: 35mm / 1.37in
Medium: 45mm / 1.77in
Large: 60mm / 2.36in
Internally, the pots are completely square, meaning their length, width, and height are identical. For detailed measurements, refer to the images, which include a data sheet with exact dimensions.
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER:

Select the quantity you need in the first dropdown.
Select the pot size.
Provide your customisation details in the box:
Design: Specify the design you’ve chosen.
Name of the couple or surname: Based on your selected design.
Date of the occasion:
You'll receive a design proof within 30 minutes to 6 hours for your approval. We can’t proceed with the order or dispatch it without your approval. If you’re confident in your details and don’t need a sample, write "NO SAMPLE NEEDED" to skip this step, and we’ll proceed directly with production.
For "quantity" on the second dropdown, leave it at 1. Simply choose the total quantity required in the first dropdown.
Check the delivery date on Etsy to ensure it works for your schedule. If you need the item sooner, contact us to explore expedited options, including DHL Express (3-4 business days for Europe, 5-6 business days for the rest of the world).

What size pot is ideal for a 2" succulent?
For transplanting, use the medium pot. To place it with its container, choose the large pot and ensure the container is smaller than the pot.
Do I need to assemble the pots?
Yes, the pots are shipped disassembled. They’re easy to assemble, and we provide one pre-assembled pot along with instructions.
Is the plant included?
No, we sell only the pots, not the plants.
What’s included in the purchase?
All necessary components to assemble the pots: the sides, the customisable front panel, sticks, and a plastic soil holder with drainage slots. We include extra pieces in case any are damaged during shipping or assembly.
