Manufacturing time:
It usually takes us 1-3 business days to do it, it depends on the amount of work we have, but we remember that we can only start doing them once the client approves the design we have sent him, if has not approved it. we can not continue with the order.
Delivery Time:
These are the normal transit times that it takes for these countries, with a minimum time and a maximum time, this is reflected in business days, Saturday, Sunday and holidays do not count. This may vary depending on the time of year, and if there are conflicts, protests, tornadoes, snowfalls, etc. and if the address is considered remote area.
European Union countries 6-10 working days

Additional shipping information
All packages are sent by the Portuguese CTT mail with a tracking number, after being sent you can track it by the national mail of your country, which is in charge of making the delivery
if you have any doubts about the timing, or your date is too close, please contact us first to verify and make sure it will arrive on time.
We also have the option of Dhl express which for Europe normally takes 3 to 4 working days to arrive and for the rest of the world it takes 5 to 6 working days to arrive.
if your order exceeds 200 usd in value or weighs more than 2kg, you can select free shipping and it will be shipped by dhl express.
Lost or Damage Parcels

Customs Fees
From UK
Etsy will not collect VAT where the items being imported into the UK are valued at £135 or more.
From Australia
Etsy will not collect GST where the total value of the package being imported into Australia is more than $1,000 AUD.
From Canada
Etsy will not collect GST/HST on orders shipped to Canada from outside Canada. Canadian buyers may be required to pay the GST/HST once they receive the package.
